Swimming Canada and Sportsnet collaborate on webcasts for World Championship Trials

The Canadian World Championship Trials will be held in Victoria, British Columbia from April 3-6th and thanks to a partnership between Swimming Canada and one of Canada’s top sports networks, Sportsnet, fans will be able to watch every session via webcasts.

Swimming Canada has shown their top National competitions via webcasts in the past, but thanks to their collaboration with Sportsnet the quality of the webcasts will be improved, there will be extra content, such as interviews with swimmers, coaches and alumni and the final sessions will have professional commentary

Joanne Malar, who represented Canada at the 1992, 1996 and 2000 Olympics will join former Canadian national team member Colin Sood to provide commentary for the finals session of each day of competition.
