On SwimSwam Podcast, we’re giving you an in-depth listen at all things swimming. Host Coleman Hodges welcomes guests and guest co-hosts alike to get perspective on our ever-changing swimming universe and break down the past, present, and future of aquatic sports.
I sat down with Adam Depmore, the head coach for Lone Star Aquatic Club in Round Rock, Texas, and talked dryland training while swimmers are out of the pool. I’d say as far as at-home dryland setups, Adam’s has to rival the best of the best, with full racks of kettlebells, TRX bands, a variety of endo boards, and that’s just scratching the surface.
Lone Star has some really interesting dryland, which you can watch from their practice here.
You can also see some of the coaches demonstrating exercises from home here.
