JHU Senior Day: Blue Jays Break Records and Trump Ducks

At the meet celebrating their graduating seniors, JHU proved a dominant force over Stevens, and broke a number of pool records in the process.

JHU Cruises to Victory Over St. Mary’s

On Friday night, the Blue Jays picked up victories for both the men and the women in the dual meet with St. Mary’s. Taylor Kitayama led the women while the men were paced by freshman Scott Sterrett.

Johns Hopkins beats The College of New Jersey; Greenhalgh breaks 20 Year Old Pool Record

The Johns Hopkins men’s swimming team won 10 of 14 events to defeat visiting TCNJ, 160-102, Wednesday morning in the Blue Jays’ first home meet of the season. The highlight of the meet came in the second event when freshman Andrew Greenhalgh broke the pool record in the 1650 Free.

Total Performance – Day 3, Quakers Victorious

Of the eight events on Saturday night hosted by Kenyon at the Total Performance Swim Invitational in Gambier, Ohio, two of them ended in Steen Aquatic Center records for the women, and five for the men.

Total Performance Invite – Day One

The Total Performance Invite hosted by Kenyon College in the James A. Steen Aquatic Center got its start tonight. There were only two events in this first session – the 800 freestyle relay and the 1650. Men and women from seven different Division I and Division III teams collected to compete.

Johns Hopkins Defeats Loyola and Marywood at Thomas Murphy Invitational

The Johns Hopkins men’s swim team won 11 of 13 swimming events to defeat Marywood and host Loyola at the annual Thomas Murphy Invitational. With wins over the Pacers (270-93) and the Greyhounds (242-123), the Blue Jays improve to 3-0 on the season.

Johns Hopkins Men Open with Victory at Franklin & Marshall

The Johns Hopkins men’s swim team won the first 12 events before swimming exhibition in the final two events en route to a 180-77 win over host Franklin & Marshall.
