Tufts Men Break Williams’ Streak, Become 3rd Team to Ever Win NESCACs
Buoyed by the individual performances of Roger Gu, Kingsley Bowen, and James McElduff, and bolstered by a deep roster, the Jumbos put forth an exceptional effort to unseat the Ephs from their throne.
NESCAC Day III – In A Close Race Williams Wraps Up the Lead; Amherst Runner Up
On the final day of the men’s NESCAC championships, the men of Williams held onto the lead they had slowly built over the past two days, and finished 99 points ahead of second place Amherst. The win came along with four additional individual victories of seven events contested tonight.
NESCAC Day II – Records Fall; Williams Builds the Lead
Day two for the men’s NESCAC championships, and the Ephs have been in top form, building up their small lead over Amherst from yesterday to just shy of 100 points at the end of tonight.
NESCAC Day III – Ephs Reclaim Title
The Ephs won all but one event on their way through the final evening, en route to the NESCAC title, taking it away from defending champion Amherst.
NESCAC Day II – Ephs Extend Lead
Williams’ women have been on fire this weekend, and tonight only gave them room to extend their lead over their competitors. Williams is looking strong, with a lead over 400 points, the night before the final day of competition.
