Colorado State Rams top Idaho Vandals, Slips against San Diego State Aztecs

Colorado State earned a strong victory over Idaho Saturday afternoon, splitting on the day during a double dual meet against the Vandals (165-135) and San Diego State Aztecs (187.5-112.5). San Diego State improved to 10-0 on the season, also beating Idaho, 193.5-106.5.

The Colorado State swimming & diving program held its home-opening meet Friday night, and despite competing in front of an Orange Out crowd, lost to Wyoming, 183-110.

The Rams increased their lead with big swims in their stroke events, sweeping the 200 Backstroke, 200 Breaststroke and 200 IM. CSU also locked the Lobos out of first and second in the 100 Backstroke, 100 Breaststroke and 100 Freestyle.

CSU wins 10 events, earns victory over Colorado Mesa
