Camille Spink Blasts 54.73 100 Free; 24.68 Relay 50 on Night 1 of NCSA Champs
Spink’s 100 free was a best time by over half of a second. It also was much faster than her 56.08 which she swam at US International Team Trials in April.
Ashley Mellinger, 13, Wins Women’s 400 IM with 4:23.72 (SCY) at Christiansburg
For Mellinger, the swim marked a personal best by 3 seconds, beating out the 4:26.49 she had set in December of 2021.
