Michael Phelps and Ryan Lochte To Face Off In The 100 Freestyle At Bulldog Grand Slam

Ryan Lochte earned the top seed in the men’s 200 IM, and is set to face-off against long-time rival, Michael Phelps, in the 100 freestyle. Lochte and Phelps are seeded first and second in the 100 freestyle and were the only two swimmers under 50 seconds this morning.
