Sarah Grinalds Taking Gap Year Post-Injury, Joining Princeton in 2019

After suffering a shoulder injury this spring, Grinalds will take this season off. She will get four years of eligibility, still, starting next season.

McHugh, Dant, Burns Set YMCA National Records on Day 5 of Y Nats

Dant was a tier above the rest in the mile, clocking a 14:50.97 to slice over six seconds off of his own national record from last year. He now ranks 24th in 17-18 history in this event.

Leah Braswell Drops 10 seconds to Win 400 IM at Y Nats Night 3

Braswell’s best time coming into the meet was 4:19.21, which she swam at last year’s Y Nats. She dropped a 4:15.78 in prelims, which was already a decent drop, until she dropped almost another 7 seconds in finals.
