Thomas Fraser-Holmes, Lauren Boyle And Bronte Campbell All Come Home With Wins At 2014 Queensland Championships

Fraser-Holmes had a quick turn-around to win the mens 200m IM in 2:00.04. He was a 25.56 on his fly split going out and a 30.68 on the backstroke. He led by a large margin at the 100, and kept his lead with Jared Gilliland finishing behind him in 2:02.84, just narrowly holding off Tommaso D’Orsogna who clocked in at 2:03.04.

Rising sprint star Cameron McEvoy swam in the men’s 100m freestyle only to take second to Tommaso D’Orsogna. D’Orsogna and McEvoy turned together however on the final 50 D’Orsogna created the slightest of leads to win 49.11 to 49.21.
