Nemo 33 is a swimmer’s Disneyland. Located in Brussels, Belgium, it’s 113 feet (34.5 meters) deep, the deepest pool in the world. The pool temperature is maintained at a comfortable 86 degrees fahrenheit (30 degrees celsius), and it’s not chlorinated! The 2.7 million litres of water is all spring-feed and highly filtered.
For the recreational swimmer (or elite), there are even caves to explore in this man-made tank at a depth of 33 feet (10 meters).
Why build the deepest pool in the world? Belgian diving expert John Beernaerts designed it for diving instruction, fun, and for film production.

I would want to swim in that but with diving gear without diving gear you would either drown or your body would squish from impact. But that is if you are from 0-13 then you might be fine.
I’ve read that san alfonso del mar’s deepest point is 115ft. Isn’t that just deeper?
“Nemo 33 is a swimmer’s Disneyland.”
No, this is not a swimmers Disneyland, it is a DIVERS Disneyland… but it is pretty cool. 🙂
I’d be scared swimming in that to be honest… Like swimming out really deep in the sea, no way!
We , in Belgium , may not have super olympic 50 meter pools or Great swimmers ( though it seems that the men are getting really good lately / Final of 800 free relay in London ) but we have the deepest pool in the world ; funny contrast .
i see what you did there…
i really want to swim in that pool. it would be quite a feat to make it all the way to the bottom, and would be fun just to swim in such foreign dimensions
I want to swim it too….and the pool in Chile, the largest pool in the world.
Wiki says San Alfonso del Mar pool in Chile deepest point is 35m/115ft. Looks amazing!
