Not Fit for Coaching

In complete honesty, DTW is an outstanding swimming mind. However, she definitely has some struggles that found their way to the recent pool decks she walked. Creating an environment of disordered eating (potentially stemming from her own personal struggles), to showing up to practice intoxicated. She is not fit for a pool deck until she seeks help. I wish her the best, but fear for her athletes.

Jack took that job in a planned phasing out, training his successor in the process.

Wish Dorsey well. She is as competitive a person as you’ll ever meet.
