The Trinity College Bantams used no less than 25 top-three performances to earn a 153-132 victory over the visiting Roger Williams University Hawks in men’s swimming and diving action this afternoon at Trinity Natatorium. The Bantams finish the dual-meet schedule with a 2-6-1 record, avenging a 166-81 loss to the Hawks last season, while Roger Williams is now 3-5.

First-years Casey Crowley and Lauren D’Angelo each won a race and finished second in another, as the Trinity College Bantams closed the women’s swimming and diving dual-meet campaign against the Roger Williams University Hawks this afternoon at Trinity Natatorium. The Hawks won the meet, 216.5-70-5 and improve to 6-3 with their third victory in a row, while the Bantams finish at 0-11.

“We finished our dual-meet season with an exclamation point leading into our taper and the NESCAC Championships, as we said thank you to our seniors for four years of dedication and commitment to Trinity College Swimming and Diving,” said Trinity Head Coach Carlos Vega. “Their leadership has been one of the main reasons for the successes we have had throughout the year. We will count on them to lead us at the NESCAC Championships, where we will look to cap off an amazing year. This was a total team effort with Tommy McNamara, John Dolan, and Joe Paine picking up valuable points throughout the meet.”
