Fans who originally bought tickets to the U.S. Olympic Trials have a chance to buy tickets to the Wave II Olympic Trial meet starting today.
Last week, USA Swimming announced that all pre-sold tickets for the Olympic Trials would be refunded and resold. Amid the coronavirus pandemic, the Olympic Trials meet has been split into two separate events, Wave I and Wave II. Pandemic restrictions will lower the spectator seating capacity, and USA Swimming announced that tickets for the Wave II meet will be sold in groups of 2, 4, or 6, with each pod socially distanced from other pods.
Tickets for the Wave I meet will only be sold as daily individual passes.
Today (Friday, April 16), all-session tickets are available for pre-sale for the Wave II meet to those who had originally purchased tickets to the event. An email was sent to ticket-holders with a purchase link here.

- Friday, April 16 – All-Session tickets pre-sale opens for Wave II
- Wednesday, April 21 – All-Session tickets for Wave II released to public
- Friday, April 23 – Daily tickets pre-sale opens for Wave II
- Monday, April 26 – Daily tickets for Wave I and II released to public

The Wave I meet is set for June 4-7, with the Wave II meet happening from June 13-20.
Did anyone receive their tickets yet? I got an email on 5/4 saying they had been printed, but still no delivery.
Hubby and I were on ticketmaster at the same time and both grabbed seats, so I am selling mine. I have six seats for the entire event in section 203, Row K.

The Wave II tickets still available include high upper deck in the center of the pool, or on either end of the pool. Any recommendations for which location is preferable?
I prefer the turn end – better view of the finish.
The whole process was horrible. I had great seats for last year and now I have terrible seats and the event will cost me over 5k for the week. I’m going to watch my kid swim and I haven’t seen him swim in person in over a year. Ridiculous!! I would of most likely passed on the OT tickets had I been able to watch NCAA…who knows what will happen in 3 years- this may be my only shot to watch him swim at OT.

I just spoke with a ticket agent at the arena. She said that ONLY previous full session ticket holders received the passcode. The 4-day session ticket holders have to wait until they go on sale to the general public.
Like many of you, I am disappointed. This has been a bucket list experience for my 3 swimmers and their friends.
