LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – The UNLV men’s and women’s diving team will head to Los Angeles for UCLA’s Bruin Diving Invitational. The Rebels will be competing against Air Force, Denver, Stanford, USC, Utah, Hawai’i, Cal Baptist, California, Fresno State, UC San Diego, UCLA, Cal Poly, Northern Arizona, and San Diego State. The Invitational will run from Friday to Sunday.
Competition begins Friday with the women’s 3-meter and men’s 1-meter. Saturday brings women’s platform and men’s 3-meter. The Invitational concludes on Sunday with women’s 1-meter and men’s platform.
Highlighting the Rebel men this season is two-time WAC Diver of the Week recipient junior Jesse Cawley, who has consistently placed in every meet this season thus far for the Rebels.
Setting the bar for Rebel women is sophomore Montse Moreno, who has placed on every board this season.
