Utah Sweeps Pac-12 Men’s Weekly Swim & Dive Awards

MEN’S SWIMMER OF THE WEEK: Evan VanBrocklin, Fr., Utah (Salt Lake City, Utah)

  • Competed in Utah’s dual meet against BYU, assisting in the Utes’ 389-211 triumph over the Cougars.
  • Took home three individual wins in the 200 fly (1:48.65), the 500 free (4:33.65) and the 100 IM (1:51.21).
  • Helped the Utes to a third-place finish in the 400 medley relay with a final time of 3:19.84.
  • First Pac-12 Men’s Swimmer of the Week honor.

MEN’S DIVER OF THE WEEK: Luke McDivitt, Sr., Utah (Lexington, S.C)

  • Competed in the Utes’ dual meet against BYU, earning two wins and a personal best.
  • Posted the highest score of his career in the men’s 1M, earning himself a 348.20 and an NCAA Championship qualifying score.
  • Earned his second qualifying score with a win in the men’s 3M, posting a score of 386.75.
  • First Pac-12 Men’s Diver of the Week honor.
