Scottish swimmer Mark Tully talks about his personal-best performances from Scottish Nationals in the video above, courtesy of Scottish Swimming on YouTube.

Robbie Renwick, Mark Tully and Stephen Milne were the only three Scottish athletes to win events on the first day of the Scottish Open Championships in Glasgow.

…Tully, who missed a medal at the Commonwealth Games by one one-hundredth of a second, recorded a season’s best time winning the men’s 50 breaststroke in a time of 27.56. Andrew Weatheritt collected the silver posting a time of 28.43 followed byRichard Spoor who finished in a time of 28.73.

Mark Tully took the men’s 100 breaststroke in a time of 1:01.64 collecting both the win and the Scottish National Championship. Michael Jamieson, who the 200 breaststroke on Friday evening, earned the silver in a time of 1:01.88 followed by Richard Spoor who touched in a time of 1:02.40.
