Video Interview: Roderick Sewell and the Road to Gold at Para Pan Pacs

In his first appearance for Team USA, Florence, Alabama-native Roderick Sewell won the men’s 100-meter breaststroke SB6 with a 1:40.68, easily topping Mexico’s Enrique Perez (1:49.52). Sewell sat down with Mallory Weggemann to share the story of his journey from homeless teenager to Para Pan Pac gold medalist, and what disability sport means to him.
