California freshman Ryan Murphy shares his thoughts from his first NCAA Championships where he won two individual titles and hoisted the team trophy with his Berkeley Golden Bears.
Murphy also gives some insight into his race plan for the 200 back, which he tailored off of the strengths of the rest of the field.
