The University of Louisville Facebook page posted a video about US Olympic hopeful Kesli Worrell today as she has now completed her four years with the Cardinals. Watch the video below:
In the video Kelsi talks about how Louisville was the first recruiting trip she went on and she loved everything about it. The videos features many people weighing in on what kind of athlete Kelsi is in the pool and the person she is outside the pool, including Head Coach Arthur Albiero.
Kelsi is currently tied for the 10th spot in the world rankings in the 100 butterfly and 2nd in the United States, setting herself up for a potential Olympic berth.
Kelsi capped off her four year career in Louisville with an American record and NCAA title in the women’s 100 butterfly, her third consecutive in the event. She got her first international experience last summer at the Pan Am Games in Toronto, winning gold in the 100 fly and also winning a gold and silver on the American 400 free and medley relays. She then turned pro signing with TYR in May. The US Olympic Trials commence on June 26th in Omaha.
Kelsi you go girl. Best wishes at Trials and Rio. Turn the doubters into late blooming fans. You are unstoppable!

I would like to hear Kelsi tell a few words in French as her boyfriend is French breaststroker Dahlia.
Love to hear Americans speak French. Or try to speak French. 🙂
What a great video! Kelsi is such a class act! I hope she performs great at trials!
