Video: Robbie Renwick – Things Are Going In The Right Direction

Robbie Renwick swam his fastest 100 free since British Trials with a 49.81 at Scottish Nationals to take home his first individual victory of the meet.

Coming off a very successful 2014 where Renwick claimed a silver medal as a member of the Scottish 4x200m freestyle relay team at the Commonwealth Games, Renwick missed qualifying for the 2015 World Championship team despite putting up a 49.12 in the 100m freestyle at trials. Renwick was also a 1:46.64 in the 200 free at trials.

Renwick said that he was feeling very fatigued heading into the Scottish National Championships.

Following the meet Renwick is looking at three more weeks of hard training.
