2023 SPEEDO WINTER JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIPS – EAST

Thursday Finals Heat Sheet

Thomas Heilman had a huge night, tying the 50 free 15-16 National Age Group (NAG) record, breaking his own 15-16 200 IM NAG record, and helping Cavalier Aquatics 400 medley relay to a 15-18 NAG record as he swam the butterfly leg. He was out faster tonight on the front half in the 200 IM, helping him break his own record from a year ago.
