WATCH: Hilary Caldwell Back At Her Best Heading Into Rio

Hilary Caldwell waited until the last day of the 2016 Canadian Olympic Trials in order to make the team, securing her spot with a first place finish in the 200m backstroke.

Caldwell won the race in a time of 2:07.96 which is the fastest she’s ever been outside of the 2013 World Championships: a great sign as she embarks on her training for the Rio Olympics.
