Below are the race videos from the fastest heats of all four relays from day 1 at the U.S. Winter National Championships. Day 1 featured the 200 medley relay and 800 free relay for each gender.
The relays were swum as timed finals; we’ve included the fastest-seeded heat, except for the men’s 200 medley relay, where the national champions came out of an earlier heat. You can read our full day 1 recap here.
