SwimSwam sat down with newly named world championship head coach Anthony Nesty to pick his brain about what makes him tick on deck and how his first year as head coach of the men’s and women’s programs at Florida has gone. Nesty admits that coaching the women has been a challenge but is a proponent of them being a combined program and says the coaching staff has helped tremendously with the transition.
Nesty also speaks on Olympians Katie Ledecky, Caeleb Dressel, and Natalie Hinds affecting the college training group, what keeps him motivated on a daily basis, and what to expect at the SEC Championships.
