The Wright State men’s and women’s swimming & diving teams swept Cleveland State Saturday on Senior Day at the WSU Natatorium, with the men victorious 151-143 and the women 160-133.

The men received first place finishes by Thomas Downey (1000 free), PJ Musser (200 free), Trevor Keriazes (100 breast), Bradford Johnson (50 free), Dominic Poletta (100 free), Ryan Schultz (200 breast), Mitch Godar (1 and 3 meter diving) and the 200 freestyle relay team.

The women had first place finishes from Maddie Eckley (1000 free, 500 free), Sofia Aledo (100 back, 200 back), Nikki Borgerding (100 breast, 200 breast), Ashlyn Roberts (50 free, 100 free), Kyah Fleckner (1 and 3 meter diving), and the 200 medley relay team (Aledo, Borgerding, Emily Hayhow, Roberts), which set a new pool record in the process (1:45.27).

Both teams will return to action next Saturday, January 28, to face the Xavier Musketeers in Cincinnati.
