Wright State Swimmers Show Impact Program Has Had On Them

The Wright State swimming and diving team is fighting to save their program, which they have until June 30, 2017, to raise $85,000, which will help the program stay alive for at least one more season. The decision to cut the program came as a financial situation for the university, as it would save them nearly $500,000.

As of June 13, the program has received $27,921 in donations to save their program, including donations from conference rivals, Oakland University.

WAYS TO DONATE:

While the school is fighting for their program, the swimmers and divers want to show everyone why their program matters. In a video, courtesy of Dylan Allen, a member of the Wright State swimming and diving team, Allen wants to show what an impact the program has had on, not only himself but everyone else.
